TRUCK ALIGNER WITH LASER TECHNOLOGY AND LAPTOP

A compact laser wheel alignment system enables truck and bus workshops, as well as tire service centres, to offer wheel alignment services quickly and accurately.

Laser technology is used for measuring. Measurements are input into alignment software manually. If an adjustment has been made, the results are presented with values before and after, together with symbols for the different wheel angles.

Wheel angles like
• toe, steering box position, camber, out of square, parallelism and axle offset
• caster, KPI, Toe Out, On Turn and Max Turn are measured using laser technology with the chassis centre line of the vehicle as reference.
